The Central Government vide Gazette of India S.O. 3902(E) dated 30th October, 2019 of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has constituted State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) Sikkim and State Level Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) Sikkim for a period of 3 (three) years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
