Citizen Perception Survey - Ease of Living Index 2022 by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs

Ease of Living 2022 - Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs

Shri Hardeep Singh Puri, Hon'ble Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) launched the Citizen Perception Survey (CPS) on November 09, 2022. Citizen Perception Survey is a part of the Ease of Living Index 2022 that aims to capture the opinion of citizens about the quality of life in their city. It will be conducted via offline as well as online mode to directly reach out to citizens.

As the name suggests, the survey provides information about livability in Indian cities based on parameters ranging from governance, social, physical and economic infrastructure. It is a means for citizens to share views about their city and for the city administration to identify the service level gaps and improve their delivery. It is also a crucial component in the computation of Ease of Living 2022 National Rankings which provides a detailed understanding of our growing cities by measuring the factors that affect the lives of people.

It is requested to extend support to the Government of India by taking the National survey and also receive a certificate of participation issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.

Help shape the cities of tomorrow by sparing few minutes in the Survey today!

Last date to participate in this survey is 23rd of December 2022.
