International Youth Day 2017

The International Youth Day occurs annually on 12th August for the purpose of engaging youth of the world in conversations with their local, national, and international leaders. The day aims to promote ways to engage them in becoming more actively involved in making positive contributions to their communities.
This year’s theme focuses on “Youth Building Peace”. International Youth Day 2017 is dedicated to celebrating young people’s contributions to conflict prevention and transformation as well as inclusion, social justice, and sustainable peace.
