WORLD WETLANDS DAY 2016

World Wetlands Day: 2nd February is observed as World Wetlands Day every year to raise public awareness about the value of wetlands to society and the role of Ramsar Convention on wetlands in their wise use and conservation. This year’s theme is “Wetlands for our Future: Sustainable Livelihoods.”
