WORLD ANIMAL DAY 2014

The Word Animal Day takes place on 4th October 2014. It is a day to celebrate animal life in all forms and humankind's relationship with the animal kingdom. This day was originally started at a convention of ecologists, 1931 in Florence. The aim of this day is to improve animal welfare standards worldwide through the support and involvement of individuals, groups and organizations that care about animals.
