world tree day World Tree Day is celebrated annually on 15th September. It is celebrated to propagate the importance and benefits of afforestation. Planting a tree has tremendous influences on communities. Tree planting improves our environment. Planting trees add to our incomes and decrease energy costs. To plant a tree can enhance our quality of life and improve our health.
