Under the umbrella of Mission LiFE (Lifestyle for Environment), LiFE cell of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change  has launched a new initiative “Ideas4LiFE” to generate practical and impactful solutions that support the Mission LiFE’s vision of promoting citizen centric environment-friendly lifestyle and combating climate change. A dedicated portal has been developed and launched for smooth functioning of this initiative. (https://ideas4life.nic.in/).

The objectives of this initiative are:

- To synergies young minds and mainstream their efforts towards the success of Mission LiFE.
- To commit research and development towards the efforts of behavioral nudges for climate action.
- To promote the adoption of LiFE at a National and Global level.

To facilitate a deeper understanding of Ideas4LiFE, a concept note has been developed.
