Status of Environment and Related Issues

It has been envisaged in the guidelines for the Environmental Information System (ENVIS) Scheme that performance of ENVIS Centres shall be evaluated on an annual basis through National/ Regional Evaluation Workshops by Independent Expert Committees for State/ UT and Thematic Centres. In this regard, Regional Evaluation & Training Workshops for ENVIS Centres are being organized on the following dates and venues throughout the country:

• Northern Region: January 12-13, 2015 at FRI Dehradun, Uttarakhand (COMPLETED)
