Sikkim ENVIS Hub's special edition newsletter 'PANDA' Vol 11 2019 (2018-19) was released on the ocassion of 73rd Independence Day Celebration on August 15, 2019 at Palzor Stadium, Gangtok by the Honorable Chief Minister of Sikkim Shri Prem Singh Tamang.

PANDA Vol 11 is a 88 paged special edition newsletter highlighting reports on first ever trap camera sighting of Royal Bengal Tiger in Sikkim and many other research based articles on floral and faunal wealth of the State.
