NOTICE INVITING SEALED QUOTATION
NO. GOS/FEWMD/SBFP/PMU/BC/724 DATED:09/01/2018
Sealed quotations are invited from eligible interested parties for field data collection within Sikkim for a period of twelve months and thereafter, publishing pictorial coffee table book on Birds of Sikkim. The terms and conditions of eligibility are given below:-
1. Firms/Organizations/NGOs registered in the State of Sikkim.
2. Firms/Organizations/NGOs having two or more years of experience in documentation and related work.
3. Firms/Organizations/NGOs having at least two Sikkim based publication.
Quotations shall include Detailed Project Report with budget estimation.
SBFP, FEWMD reserves the right to cancel the quotation without assigning any reason thereof and the decision of the SBFP, FEWMD shall be final and binding.
For any clarification, interested parties may visit the office of the undersigned on or before 13thJanuary 2018 during office hours.
The last date of submission of the sealed quotation in the office of the undersigned is up to 1500 hours dated 18/01/2018.
