Mode of Application: Candidates must submit the following documents:
1. Copy of certificate of Identification/Sikkim Subject.
2. Attested copies of educational qualification as per requirement of the advertisement.
3. Work experience certificate, if any.
4. Copy of valid employment card.
5. All other relevant supporting documents.

A. SURVEY EXPERT
Essential Qualification:
M. Sc. with 60% (5% relaxation for the reserved categories candidates) having specialization in Taxonomy, Botany, Zoology, Forestry and other field of Ecology from Institution recognised by UGC.
Desirable Qualification:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of ecology, taxonomy, botany, zoology, biological forestry.
- Good knowledge of biodiversity management policies, laws, rules and regulations.
- Good knowledge of flora & fauna of Sikkim.
- Excellent communication skill in Nepali & English.
- Good mountaineering knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of computer application (MS -Excel, MS –Word, MS Power Point etc).
- Ability to prepare power point presentation on methodology, and sampling for Rapid Biodiversity Survey.
- Physically fit for extensive travel, trek in the mountainous region.
2. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW
Essential Qualification:
M.Sc. with 60% marks (5% relaxation for the reserved categories candidates) Biological Science (Life Science/ Ecology/Botany/Environment Science) from Institution recognised by UGC.
Desirable Qualification:
- Field work experience in the field of ecology, taxonomy, botany, zoology, biological forestry.
- Good knowledge of biodiversity management, policies, laws rules and regulations.
- Good knowledge of flora & fauna of Sikkim.
- Excellent communication skill in Nepali & English.
- Good mountaineering knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of computer application (MS -Excel, MS –Word, MS Power Point etc).
- Ability to prepare power point presentation on methodology, and sampling for wildlife survey.
