This day celebrates the myriad of species that inhabit our planet and underscores the interconnectedness of all living organisms.
The theme for this year for the day is “Be Part of the Plan,” emphasizing on a call to action for all stakeholders to halt and reverse the loss of biodiversity by supporting the implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, also referred to as the Biodiversity Plan.
